GENERAL STATEMENT
Top Workwear UK is committed to conducting business in an ethical, responsible and sustainable manner. We expect all suppliers and business partners to operate to the same high standards of integrity and legality.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, agents and business partners.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including employment, health and safety, environmental and data protection legislation.
LABOUR STANDARDS AND HUMAN RIGHTS
Suppliers must not use forced or child labour and must respect workers’ rights and dignity.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment and take steps to prevent accidents and ill health.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Suppliers should minimise environmental impact and manage resources responsibly.
ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES
Suppliers must act honestly and must not engage in bribery or corruption.
QUALITY AND PRODUCT INTEGRITY
Suppliers must meet agreed quality standards and specifications.
MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE
Top Workwear UK reserves the right to request evidence of compliance and to take action where non-compliance is identified.
REPORTING CONCERNS
Concerns may be raised with a company contact or Director.
MONITORING AND REVIEW
This policy will be reviewed annually.
