Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
GENERAL STATEMENT
Top Workwear UK is committed to conducting its business honestly, ethically and with integrity. The company adopts a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally, fairly and transparently in all business dealings and relationships.
LEGAL FRAMEWORK
This policy is implemented in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, agency workers, suppliers and any third parties acting on behalf of the business.
BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION
Bribery is offering, giving, receiving or soliciting anything of value to influence a business decision. Corruption is the abuse of entrusted power for private gain.
GIFTS AND HOSPITALITY
Reasonable and proportionate hospitality may be accepted where it is of modest value, infrequent, transparent and not intended to influence a business decision. Cash gifts or equivalents are prohibited.
FACILITATION PAYMENTS
Facilitation payments are illegal and strictly prohibited.
RESPONSIBILITIES
All individuals covered by this policy must comply with its requirements and report any concerns.
REPORTING CONCERNS
Concerns should be reported to a line manager or Director or raised under the Whistleblowing Policy.
BREACHES
Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action or termination of business relationships.
MONITORING AND REVIEW
This policy will be reviewed annually.
