Quality Assurance Policy

GENERAL STATEMENT

Top Workwear UK is committed to delivering high-quality products and services that meet customer requirements, agreed specifications and applicable legal standards. Quality is central to our operations, and we aim to maintain consistent standards across all stages of production and service delivery.

SCOPE

This policy applies to all products and services supplied by the business, all employees involved in production, sales, customer service and administration, and all suppliers and subcontractors.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

We aim to deliver products that meet agreed specifications, minimise errors and rework, resolve quality issues promptly, and continuously improve processes and standards.

QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES

Quality is monitored throughout the production and service process, including order review, in-process checks during production, and final inspection where appropriate.

SUPPLIER QUALITY

We work with suppliers who provide consistent quality and meet agreed specifications.

NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

Where products do not meet requirements, issues will be investigated and corrective action taken. Customers will be informed and appropriate remedies considered.

COMPLAINTS AND CORRECTIVE ACTION

Quality-related complaints are handled in accordance with the Complaints Handling Policy and corrective actions implemented where necessary.

TRAINING AND COMPETENCE

Employees involved in quality-critical activities receive appropriate training and supervision.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We review quality performance regularly and implement improvements where appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management is responsible for implementation. Employees must follow procedures and report quality issues.

MONITORING AND REVIEW

This policy will be reviewed annually.
