GENERAL STATEMENT

Adgiftdiscounts Limited aims to provide high-quality products and services. As many products are customised, printed or embroidered to order, this policy explains when refunds, returns or replacements may apply.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Custom-made or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or produced incorrectly.

NON-CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Non-customised items may be returned in line with statutory consumer rights, subject to condition and timeframe.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not affect statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
